Fixed an issue causing macro feedback to be based exclusively on the last
considered macro command in some circumstances.

Fixed an issue where an automatic change in player specialization upon
zoning into an instance would cause action buttons containing M6 macros to
become desynchronized until the next player-initiated specializaiton change or
UI reload.
