- Added support for binding M6 macros to the mouse wheel and controller buttons (WoW's gamepad support must be enabled).
- M6 macro bindings now respect your action bar run-on-down/run-on-up setting.
- Fixed an issue where overlapping invocations of M6 macro bindings would
not trigger all of the invoked macros.
- Fixed an issue causing /cast [@player] Cooking Fire to not set
your boots on fire after a 3-second delay.
- Fixed an issue causing WoW to not update the cursor when you drag an M6 macro.
