Added a Time Horizon dropdown to the available missions tab.
Select the number of hours you'll be away from Garrison Missions to adjust suggested groups and experience/time sorting accordingly.
"Instant" is equivalent to old behaviour; setting longer times may e.g. choose slower groups for some missions, as long as they'll still complete the mission within the time horizon.
Followers whose (item) levels are too low for available missions are now once again displayed with gray level tags in threat tooltips.
Fixed an error that occurred when sorting available missions by mitigated threats.
