The "[Right click to] Add to Mission" hint is now displayed for followers assigned to a different tentative party only while on the mission assignment page.
Buildings with assigned followers now have their names highlighted in green in the Garrison Report, and the working follower's name is added to the shipment details tooltip.
Fixed an issue allowing the tentative party tooltip to persist when scrolling through the follower list using a mouse wheel.
